- All submissions must be dropped off in person at the Co-op.
- All sponsorship submissions must be submitted one month prior to the event/sponsorship deadline.
- All submissions must include the reason for the submission, a clear request for funds/good, and any return benefit the Co-op might receive.
- All submissions must include a contact email and/or phone number.
- Failure to adhere to these guidelines will cause an automatic denial of the submission.
- Please allow 2 weeks for the management’s decision.
